How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the Expenzez app
  2. Go to Settings → Data & Privacy
  3. Tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision

This is the fastest method and takes effect immediately.

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@expenzez.com with:

  • Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Your registered email address
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Enter the email address associated with your Expenzez account
Warning: This action cannot be undone

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • Your profile and login credentials
  • All transaction history and financial data
  • Budget settings and preferences
  • AI chat history and insights
  • Notification settings and tokens
